This week, starting on May 21st, our tasting bar with be full of The White Wines of Campania. Think of the Amalfi Coast, what would you like to be drinking while sunbathing on the beach in Positano? Luckily you have a choice, including Fiano, Pallagrello, Falanghina and Biancolella among those many options.
Talk about great wines for grilled fish, pasta with seafood, crab cakes and mussles. The wines are textured, nuanced and full of personality.
Grab a cold bottle, pop the cork and you could swear you hear the sound of the waves in your glass. Saluti!
